Jeremy has lead a very sheltered life. He is the child of two very well known celebrities, a A-list actress and a rock legend. As an adult he follows his father's footsteps and becomes his own rock star known as The Jeremy Jameson . Life under the watchful eye of the paparazzi and adoring fans has become too much to handle. He is always heavily guarded and always told what to do and apparently how to feel.

It is almost as if he's living life in a fog. Not really caring about or connecting with anyone until he meets Reg, a friendly bartender in a no name town. Reg is lots of fun and Jeremy wants to have fun. He wants to hang out with a true friend and not worry whether people around him are using him for his influence.

I liked Reg! He is carefree and full of adventure. He doesn't cater to Jeremy the way others do, he treats him as a normal person...a friend. It is exactly what Jeremy needs. The two became inseparable after Jeremy asks Reg to go on tour with him as his "boyfriend" although Jeremy claims to be straight. Having Reg with him would ensure that he doesn't get forced into making public appearances with annoying supermodels and the like by his manager. Jeremy is not at all bothered if the world thinks he's gay. He shrugs it off like "So what, Who cares."

Reg and Jeremy start off as fast best friends but then their connection becomes so much more. It is a story about letting go of the past and learning to trust. I liked these two together, true love. A very sweet relationship. I loved how Reg would calm Jeremy's freak outs! I only wish there was a little more to the story to fill in a few lingering questions but still a great read!
